Login Guide

The HPAA uses three industry-standard services:

  • Yahoo Groups – the host for our online networking, job post, and mutual assistance forums.

  • HPAlumnipedia – a wiki that makes collected knowledge available to all members.

  • HP Alumni group on LinkedIn – the leading online professional networking tool.

Each of these industry-standard services requires a separate login.

Before you can subscribe to any of these services, you must be a member of the HP Alumni Association. Click here to Join the HPAA

Once you have joined the HPAA, you can subscribe to the optional services listed on this page.

Optional Yahoo Groups   (join any of these optional groups to suit your needs)

The HPAA provides online networking, job posts, and mutual assistance using the Yahoo Groups system and the free "Yahoo ID" password facility.

Each Yahoo group has a separate subscription list. For each group, you can choose:

  • Individual Emails – receive each message individually as it is posted. (Default)

  • Daily Digest – receive a single email with the previous day's messages.

  • No Emails – read the messages with your browser at your convenience.

The subject line of each HPAA email indicates the name of the group it was sent to – for example, [HPAA Forum] or [HPAA Jobs]

We recommend that you get a free Yahoo ID if you don't have a yahoo.com email address. Get a Yahoo ID. (If you have a yahoo.com email account, you already have a Yahoo ID. Your Yahoo ID is the portion of your email address before "@yahoo.com")

To see and change all of your current group subscriptions easily on one screen, click here.

Please allow 48 hours for our volunteers to complete your change.
